Tens of millions? Really? You know tens of millions of just Vista users? And no, I don't run into those people unless these are people expecting to run apps that are 8 years old. This is like OS 8 users complaining they can't run their apps on Tiger. When Vista first came out there were many issues, now over a year later those articles are still floating around as if they are current. I had a friend at work asking me about getting a new system because he had heard all the horror stories about vista. Are you going to run software older then your kids? You'll be fine. I'm not saying Vista is perfect, but it's not ME either. I've been using it for months, I have friends on it as long or longer, the general consensus I hear is that in the end it's a more stable XP.
