I've already answered this. It is not a "very old" model. I am comparing it to the current iPod Classic, which Apple still makes, which sold 3+ million units last year, and which was updated a couple of weeks ago. It is a very current model. It is the only iPod you can buy if, for whatever reason, you want a lot of storage. It is the only iPod you can buy if you can't afford a Touch and you don't like the Nano's SquintyVision(tm) display. (Disclaimer: I stole that from someone else, but I love it...) If the Classic is so outdated, you'd think that Apple would cease selling it rather than ruin their reputation by selling old junk for $250. Instead, they update it. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
