I downloaded the service pack from M$ at < http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=68C48DAD-BC34-40BE-8D85-6BB4F56F5110&displaylang=en>. I keep a copy of SP2 and SP3 burned on a disk for when I am forced to reinstall windows. It goes pretty fast that way.
