Is there a process for copying a tree of folders without copying the files that
are in those folders?

I have a "2008" folder containing a large tree of folders with 2008 data in
various categories. I want to create a "2009" folder (easily done), and then
copy the folder tree, without data files, from the 2008 folder to the 2009
folder. Yes, I can copy everything (wasteful), but then the process of
deleting all of the data files from the destination tree is a tedious one
(unless, perhaps, there is an automated process for doing that, but only as a
last resort).

Many thanks for any help.
