I know this is a long shot... Is there a way to show the differences between two pdf files? A quick google brought up this site http://www.ranks.nl/cgi-bin/ranksnl/tools/difference.cgi
It seems to work for a few seconds, but then doesn't show any results. Maybe the source docs have to be true text files.
