Not sure which virus that is, but Mcafee has a page about Valentine's

The best defense is to have an up-to-date A/V program and don't run
your users as an admin.  Not running as admin defeats the vast
majority of malware.  A little user education would be even better,
but I do have more than a few users who are extremely resistant to
education.
