Not sure which virus that is, but Mcafee has a page about Valentine's day-related malware: http://www.avertlabs.com/research/blog/index.php/2009/02/05/love-is-in-the-air/ The best defense is to have an up-to-date A/V program and don't run your users as an admin. Not running as admin defeats the vast majority of malware.
