visited my family in a little tiny town in the backwoods of belgium where I connected dialup to local isp and got extremely fast response even there ...also, 3g cell coverage is almost 100% so you can get that kind of service tethered ...at my brother-in-law's house 2 towns over, he has what they call DSL which is extremely fast beyond belief ...so much for a great country!!
