I don't think a damage-control u-turn accomplishes anything. I see them once again exposed as the greedy, petty, connivers they are. I think that if there is anyone sitting on undeserved $billions that ought to be given back it is certainly MS. They got nailed on anti-trust, but before we got justice, Bush-Cheney stepped in and annulled the court's action.
