Our list is a private list. All aspects of the list are classified
as private. I am one of the owners listed with the list.
We original were hosted by a company (I cant remember the name) but
eventually got bought out and bought out so it is a Yahoo group.
In the rules of the community, we do state that all correspondence
are to be considered private and that they need permission of the
poster to disseminate.
It is unfortunate that in some circles this is not considered enough
prohibition to stop someone from doing this.
In Church circles they very often confuse religiosity with
superiority to civil laws.
