my wife got a job at berlitz a while back and it was for reception with
typing too ...she did not type ...we went to the used bookstore and got a
typing textbook used for $1.00 ...over the weekend, she followed it and
arrived Monday with her skills relatively achieved ...cheeep!

I've tinkered with this a few times. I don't know how good it is 
compared to anything else, but it does help and it's free. Obviously, the
learner has to be online when they are using it.
