I used to have one of these, can't remember the model number, but it
came with an install CD. Do you still have this CD and is there an
unistall program with it?

The most reliable way of dealing with this issue is to do what used to
be called a nuke & pave i.e., save your data, erase every thing on the
installation drive then reinstall XP then run install SP3, then
finally
allow it to update, and then finally reinstall all of your programs.
That's a lot of work, but it works every time and most folks find
their
XP system runs a lot faster for a while since a lot of crud has been
gotten rid of.
The 2nd way is to look for the name in the registry with Regedit or
some
similar tool and then look for how to safely delete those entries.
Playing with the registry has some risks since even folks who do it
regularly can find themselves having to do the equivalent of a nuke &
pave. Most folks try to save a set point before playing with the
registry to prevent having to nuke and pave.
A 3rd way which may work is to run MSconfig from the run line and look
for the program which is being told to start, then set your XP to boot
without it. This method seldom permanently ruins anything and should
work except for programs which used some unorthodox method of
inserting
things in startup.
There are undoubtedly others, personally if it's working, I'ld live
with
the warning since it's a minor annoyance on a working system.
