She is using Safari 3.x and OS 10.4.x. I tried the ad-ons on Safari 4.x
and I'm running 10.5.6.
From what I read, I expect they will work well on the different versions.

I haven't put them on her computer yet but they seem to work
perfectly on my Intel MacBook.
The click to flash puts the word Flash in the box where the Flash
will play. If you click on it, it will play.
She tends to queue up dozens of tabs of stuff she wants to read,
which can max out her CPU.
