Yes, I'm sure the FCC is much more knowledgeable about running Apple than Apple is. The question is whether or not the FCC can squint its way past 1934. I'm not holding my breath, since it still has commissioners [cough]Copps[/cough] who think we still live in an age of information scarcity. If we're lucky, maybe the FCC can party like its 1969. Honestly, what is so damned hard about the idea of changing the channel if you don't like what's on? If I want Google Voice on a mobile, I'll buy it from a company that offers it.
