Except for Card processing companies which have shown repeatedly that
they are extremely vulnerable to data hacks as they keep everything
and I mean everything together in one place.

If you are using one of the bigger services you will find that they
also disperse data geographically. In fact the ones that stress
security don't even keep all of your data in one place. So it takes
multiple break ins to get all your stuff.
