Anyone know of a PDF redaction utility that works? E.g., one chooses (selects) a rectangle to redact, and the "execute" command replaces all pixels in the rectangle with white, in all layers, and deletes any accompanying text data (i.e., that which provides text searchability / copyability)? Does this capability exist somewhere in Adobe Acrobat? (basic? Professional?). If so, where does one find it? Third party application/utility?
It should be equally able to redact text and graphics/pictures. One that really does the job, even if the process is more complicated than I have presumed in the above query?
