I bought a Toshiba 1080p 40" LCD TV about 6 months ago and am very pleased with it. The Toshiba's ranked very high in on-line ratings and reviews that I read. It has a very sensitive digital tuner as well, more sensitive than most other brands, and that was a necessity for me since I get all my TV by way of over-the-air transmission.
