Try getting a new printer driver from HP or reloading the orignial one. (I vote for the former and not the latter).

If I take any text document and change the color to blue or red from black, it prints beautifully. If I leave the text black, it does not print, however, all the graphics will print either in full color or in grayscale. Yes, I changed the cartridge. Any thoughts?
