The only setting I know of is that you can change the delay between each of
the signals it sends. For example, if it needs to turn the TV on, and then
set an input, then turn an amp on, and set an input, and turn the tivo on,
the delay between each of those actions is configurable. I don't remember
where off-hand, but that's the only related setting I can think of.
