All, I have made a bit of progress on sorting out the Harmony 900 under Linux. So far:
1) This remote appears to be of the "usbnet" variant. 2) It looks like a kernel patch is going to be needed in order to get the device to work properly under Linux - it needs to use the zaurus driver, not the cdc_ether driver which is what gets loaded by default. 3) It appears that the device expects us to assign it an IP address via DHCP when it boots up (in order for us to talk to it). I still have to figure out how that should work. 4) So far, the "-print-remote-info" and "-reset" functions mostly work. I haven't tried much else yet.
