The bug filed in January was just confirmed fixed in CVS HEAD, so I'm extra
sure that your bug is fixed in HEAD.

(For those curious, I'm assuming since the bug was fixed on March 13, 2011 and
the bug was filed in January 2012 the dude claiming he'd tried CVS HEAD had
made a mistake.)
