Oh, and to try to figure out how to do the firmware dump, I'll probably need a Snoopy Pro capture of the Windows software updating the firmware on the remote. I think through members.harmonyremote.com, you can click on "Support" at the top and then "Firmware" at the bottom of the page. I think it will let you upgrade the firmware even if you are already running the latest.
