well concordanced won't work without libconcord, so start there. :)

We've added a lot of sourcefiles, I can probably try and put together a diff
that might work... but I don't have access to a windows box with the right
tools. Sadly, there's no free services that provides non-admin access to
windows boxes with build tools via, say, rdesktop.
