I would say, just leave the Windows files alone for now. I plan on doing
some Windows cleanup once this patch and the MH config dumping patch have
landed. I was kind of pondering getting rid of the Visual Studio projects
altogether and just supporting build with MinGW, since then all of our
builds would be done with autoconf/automake.
