I noticed that there is now a twitter.js

However, it has a few problems.
- Return isn't defined.
- input keymap isn't respected so pressing "n" while in a textarea or
in twitter search results in a "new tweet" textbox being displayed.
- follow isn't defined.

I thought I should share the new-twitter.js that I've been using. It
works much better. I hope that you'll find it useful.
