Looks good to me. This retains the current behaviour that an unadorned word is url-like. I defined it this way in the first place because I sometimes visit the default url on local machines by just giving the machine name. But I probably more frequently want to search for a single word, so I get annoyed that I have to specifically put in the search engine webjump. The wiki offers a version of possibly_valid_url that requires a url to have certain punctuation; I wouldn't object to a further change to the default along those lines.
