Doesn't help with doing this from Conkeror, but something like this appears to be a new feature in Firefox 16 via Shift-F2: screenshot heading.png 0 false h1 https://hacks.mozilla.org/2012/08/new-firefox-command-line-helps-you-develop-faster/ Perhaps this is the inspiration for your question.
