The Northern Kentucky Law Review at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law is currently seeking participants for its Spring 2004 Symposium, “Campaign Finance Reform After Federal Election Commission v. McConnell.”  This physical Symposium is tentatively scheduled to take place in the Cincinnati metropolitan area on Saturday, February 14, 2004.  Papers presented at the Symposium (and perhaps several additional papers) will be published in a special Symposium issue of the Northern Kentucky Law Review to be released in Summer 2004.  (The Law Review editors understand that publication deadlines may be affected if the Supreme Court's forthcoming decision in Federal Election Commission v. McConnell is delayed unduly).

In recent years, more than 300 lawyers and academics have attended each of the Northern Kentucky Law Review's public symposia.   In addition, participants in this year's Symposium will enjoy an opportunity to be among the first academics to publish scholarly commentary on the Supreme Court's forthcoming decision in Federal Election Commission v. McConnell.  The Law Review will pay travel, food, and lodging expenses for all participants in the physical symposium.

Scholars interested in participating in the Symposium (or, alternatively,  in submitting articles for publication in the Symposium issue of the Law Review, without participating physically) should send abstracts, drafts, or proposals to the Symposium Editor, Ruth Tincher at:
