The code granted by MetaCarta depends on certain specific feature additions and
changes MetaCarta made to some packages it depends upon, specifically jCIFS,
commons-httpclient, and xerces-j. These changes should be percolated
accordingly. They can be found in the tarball under the directory
"upstream-diffs".
