Yes.  The nature of ManifoldCF is that you need to bring client
repository libs and other materials in order to be able to build the
corresponding connectors, so a binary-only distribution would only be
useful for people who needed only the open connectors.  The decision
was made in 0.1, therefore, to have a source-only and a bin+source
distribution.
