It'd be good that all of us take a look at the Incubator graduation page
[1]. Even if that's "only" a checklist it does help us define what still has
to be done.
In my opinion, ManifoldCF has demonstrated the ability to make releases but
we should work on community growth; also diversity is an important concern
to address, looking at Lucene Connectors Framework incubating proposal [2] I
see committers have different affiliations but if there are 3 active
committers that doesn't sound so helpful in granting diversity.
