I have no problem if you want to submit a patch for this feature; I can commit
it just as soon as Solr 3.4 goes out the door. I just don't think I'd hold the
0.3-incubating ManifoldCF release on account of it, unless Solr 3.4 is due to
be released very shortly (days).
