Hi Jay, I also work on a connman plugin, what I do to test it is launch connman in debug mode, ie "/usr/sbin/connmand --nodaemon --debug". Be sure as well, that the connman plugin version you are testing matches connman version you are running (otherwise connman will say something like version mismatch). Your .so should be in /usr/lib/connman/plugins/

I started the connman-properties application to see if connman detects the plugin, and I do not see it listed. Thus, I don't think connman detects it. Actually, I'm pretty sure something is not being detected because this is for 2G service and when there is no network connection (ethernet unplugged, wifi shouldn't matter because according to connman documentation the preference for wifi is lower than 2G/3G), no internet connection occurs. Is there a step-by-step for dummies for how to install/setup a new connman plugin and how to get connman to register the plugin for the first time? Any tools or command-line connman parameters to use to help debug this issue? I was thinking about taking a d-feet Fedora .rpm and shoving it onto a Moblin 2 platform (because I don't think d-feet is available for Moblin 2).
