Could you please do the following:

1) kill all wpa_supplicant processes running, and then launch the following
command:

wpa_supplicant -dd -K -t -f ./wpa_s-peap.log

2) Start connmand: connmand -d "plugins/supplicant.c" -n

3) Try to connect to your network until you see it failing.

Then please send me wpa_s-peap.log and the output of the connmand command.
