So, patches 3 to 17 have been applied. On top of those a couple fixes and some
more patches for the new Manager API. Things seems to work smoothly now,
thanks a lot for your work.

For the record, we really try to make sure the ConnMan tree is still buildable
after each patch is applied. Your patchset was breaking that rule, but I fixed
it anyway.
