Here are 4 patches to implement lacking proxy types: manual and auto.
According to existing auto-config type implemented already, in
ipconfig.c, I did the implementation in same source file.
Would it be more relevant in service.c instead? Tell me and I will
change it so. Sounds more relevant to have service based configuration
but since there were already existing parts in ipconfig. Afaik, you do
not setup service proxy before getting connection there so ipconfig
structure should be set and since, even if ipv6 is used, the ipv4
ipconfig will exist that should be fine.
Quite much code come from Jukka Rissanen's patches. I restarted from
what he did, I mainly moved to ipconfig.c, removed gconf plugin and
adapted/corrected when necessary.
