Do I understand you correctly, if you use the UI tool your tests are
working. If you use the bluez/test/simple-agent it doesn't? What are
exact steps? Please post them, e.g:

$ cd connman/src
$ sudo ./connmand -n -d

...

Please post the log from ConnMan and BlueZ.
