Connman core parts own the communication channel to the Agent and thus
there needs to be a way for a VPN plugin to request the input it needs
form the Agent. I see no other way of doing this than by introducing an
agent interface towards the plugins. Another option would be to create a
new interface for openconnect and/or VPNs, but that would start
fragmenting the Agent API.
