Hi,
The previous version of the service sorting patch set had the good
intention of using more secure WiFi networks before low security ones.
Of course this didn't work in practise as anticipated, as a secure but
a very low throughput WiFi was selected before a good but open one.
Thus only patch 01 survives with modifications. It is essentially the
same as before, except that sort order is set as ethernet, wifi, cellular,
bt and VPN.
