Now start wpa_supplicant. connmanctl>scan wifi (This should now work) I am not sure why this happens - as I also had the same issue but the above steps fixed it. By default, connman is programmed to invoked wpa_supplicant automatically which is present in "/usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant" on standard linux distros after you do enable wifi on connmanctl. In summary, make sure wpa_supplicant is not running before starting connmand - as per my observation. By the way, how are you invoking wpa_supplicant ?? Through command line ??
