Iron Mountain is looking to hire: Library Services Solutions Architect Iron Mountain is seeking a Solutions Architect / Subject Matter Expert "SME" to support our new Library Services business. This person will have deep understanding of the Library, Special Collections, and Archive communities. The SME will work with our sales team to promote our solutions, leveraging their knowledge of the community to tailor and position the right solutions to potential customers.

Technical Knowledge: The SME will have the ability to communicate clearly with librarians and archivists and understand their challenges in regards to their physical collections. The SME will work with our operations and sales teams to develop tailored solutions to address the customer's specific requirements related to offsite storage, moving, digital imaging, and media conversion services. Familiarity with library, special collections and archive organizations is required, although deep technical knowledge is not necessary. Presentation and Communication: The Library Services SME needs to stay on top of current issues and trends within the library and archive communities. The SME must be able to communicate with potential customers using their language and terminology - starting with understanding their challenges, and transitioning to crafting, positioning, and presenting Iron Mountain Library Services solutions. Requirements . Strong verbal and written are mandatory. . Previous experience in an academic library, public research library, private library or historical society, or archive . 5-10 years of experience preferred .
