Iron Mountain is looking to hire: Library Services Solutions Architect

Iron Mountain is seeking a Solutions Architect / Subject Matter Expert "SME" to
support our new Library Services business.  This person will have deep
understanding of the Library, Special Collections, and Archive communities.
The SME will work with our sales team to promote our solutions, leveraging
their knowledge of the community to tailor and position the right solutions to
potential customers.

About Iron Mountain Library Services: Iron Mountain's Library Services group
is a provider of offsite storage and moving services for libraries and

scale, efficiency and security necessary to protect your collections outside
your library.

Technical Knowledge:  The SME will have the ability to communicate clearly with
librarians and archivists and understand their challenges in regards to their
physical collections. The SME will work with our operations and sales teams to
develop tailored solutions to address the customer's specific requirements
related to offsite storage, moving, digital imaging, and media conversion
services. Familiarity with library, special collections and archive
organizations is required, although deep technical knowledge is not necessary.

Presentation and Communication: The Library Services SME needs to stay on top
of current issues and trends within the library and archive communities. The
SME must be able to communicate with potential customers using their language
and terminology - starting with understanding their challenges, and
transitioning to crafting, positioning, and presenting Iron Mountain Library
Services solutions.
