Library are organising a one-day course in Project Management in
Collections Care and Conservation, intermediate level.
This course will provide those working in conservation and collections
care with an understanding of how project management techniques and
principles can be applied to improve project performance and delivery.
The programme assumes a basic understanding of project management
terminology and practices.
Each area of project management covered by the course will include case
studies and discussions related to conservation and collections care
projects. The course is highly practical.
