Hello colleagues interested in both preservation science and polymers!

Abstract submissions are closing in one week for a technical session Polymers
in Culture Heritage at the upcoming national American Chemical Society (ACS)
meeting in Boston (Aug. 13-23).

Submissions are most welcome on research ranging from the preservation science
of polymeric objects (paper, film, paints, models) to polymeric conservation
tools (repair adhesives, consolidants, gloves). This session will be a great
chance to cross-pollinate ideas from the overlap of cultural heritage and
preservation science with the larger polymer science field.

A link to submit abstracts, as well as the full Polymer Division schedule, can
be found here: https://callforpapers.acs.org/boston2018/POLY

Abstract submission deadline is Monday March 26.
