Each year, during the annual meeting of the College Art Association, the American Institute for Conservation organizes a "Learning to Look" workshop which brings together a curator and a conservator to discuss the material aspects of a type of objects in a museum gallery or study room. This year's workshop will take place on Thursday February 14, 2019 from 12:30-2:00pm in the Morgan Library in New York City. The subject will be "Late 15th Century wood block printed books". The workshop will be led by Reba F. Snyder, Paper Conservator and John T. McQuillen, Assistant Curator. As there is room for only 15 people, pre-registration is required. To register, please contact Rebecca Rushfield at [email protected]
