First question: do "normal universal binaries" from TL 2009 work OK? I can do it faster, but is something like <waiting time to get my computer> acceptable for you, so that I can test it at the same time? (If anyone wants, feel free to go modifying files & start building the binaries.) Today is too late anyway.
