Scm Url has to be reentered in Scm branch/tag base field. It would make more
sense to only enter an relative path in here from the base url.
For example
scm url : scm:svn:svn://mymac.com/some_repo/
Scm branch/tag base: trunk/whatever
but you have to enter
scm url : scm:svn:svn://mymac.com/some_repo/
Scm branch/tag base: svn://mymac.com/some_repo/trunk/whatever
