our builds are often 10-50 pages long. e.g. often we get 10 pages or more of
just jar downloads in the output.
So grepping for [ERROR] and listing all the failed tests (preferably with their
maven project module for multi-projects) and listing them at the top of the
mail (after details of the machine/OS versions etc) would really help.
Also it takes us a very long time to use the web interface to navigate from a
test failure to see the actual output of the test; it'd be great if that could
be hypertext linked too
