That should be the webapp/continuum/conf/application.xml file that
you can copy, not the one from META-INF. Unfortunately, because of
the way the webapp integration currently works those files are split.
Though, having said that, it may actually work as an override, so
it's worth a try - I'm honestly not sure.

That's why I thought copying the allowed schemes into a file in the
'conf' directory would work, though I see I got the path wrong in my
original note.
So, how does configuration work? (I need to make a checkbox elsewhere
in the app configurable as well, so general info would be helpful
here...)
