If you have all your files checkouted locally on the server, you can use the file protocol (after
allowed it http://maven.apache.org/continuum/faqs.html#can-i-use-file-protocol-in-add-project-view)
scm url will be supported in a future version.

But it didn't like it.
I was hoping the Continuum would be able to use wagon to retrieve the
file.
If I don't have viewcvs (and it's not likely to get installed) do I have
any other options?
