except documenting it, nothing. We will not rebuild and maintain all rpms
ourself, we do not have the people to do it.
The only thing i see we could do is :
- creating the user asterisk in SME base : do not think it will happen as this
is a contrib
- change the requirement of RPM and make a three steps yum install: will not
happen neither, as it will lead to people that will merge all and see this,
people that will forgot some step and complain of a unusable system.

the RPM are direclty an import from the SME8 version where the RTP port were
not implemented. I suggest to document the wiki with the appropriate command in
order to add the port for those who need it.

from what I know you only need them for services like google voice.

5060 is SIP
4569 is IAX
5061 IS TLS , However a point taken it should be added to TCP

there is no such port defined as 5160, except for those who want to use a non
standard port.

I have documented it. The needed RPM is a RPM for the Freepbx distro only. This
will conflict with all SME products. I am, however, pretty sure we can easily
make masq aware of Asterisk need if we want, even by only use the current db
properties.

about the symbolic links potentially missing :

see http://community.freepbx.org/t/a-couple-of-errors/10570/5

the warning noise is mainly because FreePBX leaves all available asterisk
modules even if they have not plan any configuration for it. This leads to
noise in logs, but leave end user the ability to do his own config if he wants,
without searching how to enable back the disabled module.( which is by the way
possible in the Freepbx interface)

show me that the wanted function is not working as intended even if the
appropriate freepbx plugin is installed and we will investigate the specific
element.
