A user reported issues with new install==
The previous GeoIP update fragment is left in the /etc/crontab file because it
resides in /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/crontab/91_Update_Geoip_db, whereas the
new version of the fragment is placed in
/etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/crontab/91_Update_GeoIP_db --- Note the
capitalisation difference in GeoIP
